Trust Economics project with Hewlett-Packard, Merrill-Lynch, University College London, University of Bath and University of Aberdeen. The objective is to devise a methodology that allows companies to make objective decisions about security investments taking into account business, economic, human and technological issues.

Student managed access to online resources
(JISC Access and Identity Management Programme)
Research work on user-managed access which received additional funding from JISC to build a user managed access solution for higher-education applications. This continuation, called SMART, has developed software and user interfaces and advanced the UMA standard winning an international award for the development of identity management software.
